Guests enjoy free access to Mauna Lani Beach Club – a family-friendly beach where waves are typically minimal. A lifeguard is usually on duty, and the beachfront restaurant is generally open for lunch around 11:00 AM and dinner around 5:00 PM (hours may vary due to weather or operational conditions).
Amenities located at the Mauna Lani Beach club can be used by guests. These include:

From the unit, the Beach Club is approximately a 5-minute drive. Many families choose to drive, especially when bringing beach gear, though walking or biking is also an option.

You’ll also pass the Manoku Fishponds, traditional Hawaiian fishponds that offer a peaceful glimpse into ancient Hawaiian aquaculture and history.

Local Rules & Regulations
1. NO EVENTS or loud parties. Please respect our neighbors.
2. Number of guests on reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed at any time on the property. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED during your stay unless approved prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM unless noted otherwise.
4. No glass in the pool area.
5. No unsupervised children in the pool/spa area.
6. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down.
7. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
8. Sound that is audible beyond the boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be excessive beyond what is typical in a residential area.
9. Guest vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas.
10. The short-term vacation rental shall not be used for commercial purposes.
11. Aloha Hello Vacation Rentals guests are to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy” as stated in Hawaii County Code, Section 25-4-16(c)(2).
12. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY STATED ABOVE WILL BE CONSTRUED TO BE A VIOLATION.
