The unit is located in Palm Villas at Mauna Lani, a quiet, low-density community within the Mauna Lani Resort, known for its lush landscaping and relaxed island atmosphere. Community Amenities Guests are welcome to enjoy the following on-site amenities during their stay: Swimming pool with a spa/hot tub, surrounded by lounge seating BBQ area conveniently located near the pool Fitness center Walking paths and landscaped grounds, ideal for morning or evening strolls Gated-style community setting with a peaceful, residential feel The pool and main amenities are typically an easy 2–5 minute walk from most units within the complex. Please note that the pool is not heated, while the hot tub is heated and available year-round. Resort Amenities Guests enjoy free access to Mauna Lani Beach Club - a family-friendly beach where waves are typically minimal. A lifeguard is usually on duty, and the beachfront restaurant is generally open for lunch around 11:00 AM and dinner around 5:00 PM (hours may vary due to weather or operational conditions). Amenities located at the Mauna Lani Beach club can be used by guests. These include: Beach loungers Restrooms and outdoor showers Calm swimming area Easy snorkeling right from shore A protected cove ideal for stand-up paddleboarding at all skill levels From the unit, the Beach Club is approximately a 5-minute drive. Local Rules & Regulations 1. NO EVENTS or loud parties. Please respect our neighbors. 2. Number of guests on reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed at any time on the property. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED during your stay unless approved prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM unless noted otherwise. 4. No glass in the pool area. 5. No unsupervised children in the pool/spa area. 6. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down. 7. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. 8. Sound that is audible beyond the boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be excessive beyond what is typical in a residential area. 9. Guest vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. 10. The short-term vacation rental shall not be used for commercial purposes. 11. Aloha Hello Vacation Rentals guests are to abide by the "Good Neighbor Policy" as stated in Hawaii County Code, Section 25-4-16(c)(2). 12. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY STATED ABOVE WILL BE CONSTRUED TO BE A VIOLATION.
